(hereinafter, the "Data Controller"), acting as Data Controller pursuant to Articles 4, 7 and 24
of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to
the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the "Regulation"), hereby informs you, pursuant to
Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation, that it will process the personal data of website users.
1. Subject of Processing (What Data We Collect)
REGISTRATION: Upon registration (as an end user or as a company)
we will collect the following data: first and last name, postal code, city, province, email, phone number,
company name, tax code/VAT number, certified email (PEC), unique code, bank name, IBAN, username and password.
At the time of registration, we will also save log data and the IP address.
IF YOU USE THE CHAT: We may collect the following data:
- Date and time of visits to the website;
- Technical information such as screen resolution, operating system, browser type and device type;
- Geolocation data (country and city);
- IP address;
- First and/or last name;
- Email address;
- Phone number.
In any case: please note that the email address provided by the data subject will be exported to a CRM
for the purpose of sending newsletters or SMS for commercial purposes, pursuant to Art. 130, paragraph 4
of the Italian Privacy Code.
2. Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing
The processing of data will be carried out to enable the activities related to the establishment
and management of the service requested from the Data Controller.
In particular, the processing will pursue the following purposes:
- The processing of data is primarily necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures or
the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party, and subsequently for the
fulfilment of legal obligations (including accounting and tax obligations).
- The processing of data may be necessary to exercise a right in legal proceedings
in the event of disputes in pre-contractual/contractual relationships.
- With regard to the saving of log data and IP address at the time of registration,
this data may be necessary in the event that the registration to the website is disputed,
or subsequently in the case of issues related to the invoicing of products purchased following
registration. The purpose is the company's legitimate interest in keeping track of when the
registration phase was completed.
Data will be processed lawfully, fairly and with the utmost confidentiality,
in compliance with appropriate security measures as required by the applicable legislation and the Regulation.
Processing will be carried out by digital means. Data will not be subject to public disclosure.
3. Method of Processing
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above,
and in any case, with regard to billing data, for no more than 10 years from the date of purchase.
Registration data will be processed until you choose to delete your account. We will delete "dormant"
customers after 12 years from their last purchase. The email address entered in the mailing list will
be used for the purposes set out above until the user unsubscribes, and in any case no more than 5 years
after the last commercial email was sent. Chat data will be deleted after 2 years.
4. Data Disclosure
The Data Controller may disclose data for the purposes referred to in Art. 2 to all parties to whom
disclosure is required by law for the fulfilment of legally established purposes. Data will not be
subject to public disclosure. Sender and recipient data (first and last name, address and phone number)
will also be communicated to couriers (appointed as data processors) for the fulfilment of the
requested service. The list of data processors is available at our registered office.
5. Data Storage and Transfer
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union,
owned by the Data Controller and/or third-party companies duly appointed as Data Processors.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
The customer, as data subject, holds the rights set out in Art. 15 of the Regulation, specifically:
- The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning
him/her exists, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an intelligible form.
- The data subject has the right to obtain information about:
- The origin of the personal data;
- The purposes and methods of processing;
- The logic applied when processing is carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- The identification details of the controller, processors and designated representative;
- The subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who
may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory,
as processors or as authorised persons.
- The data subject has the right to obtain:
- The updating, rectification or, where of interest, the integration of the data;
- The erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in breach of the law,
including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which
it was collected or subsequently processed;
- Certification that the operations in points a) and b) have been notified,
including their content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed,
except where such compliance proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort
in relation to the protected right.
- The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- On legitimate grounds to the processing of personal data concerning him/her,
even where it is pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected;
- To the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the pursuit of purposes
not covered by Art. 2.
Also pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the user has the right to request at any time
access to their personal data, rectification or erasure thereof, restriction of processing in the
cases provided for by Art. 18 of the GDPR, and to receive in a structured, commonly used and
machine-readable format the data concerning them, in the cases provided for by Art. 20 of the GDPR.
At any time, the user may withdraw pursuant to Art. 7 of the GDPR the consent given;
lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 of the GDPR
if they consider that the processing of their data is contrary to applicable legislation.
The user may submit a request to object to the processing of their personal data pursuant to
Art. 21 of the GDPR, setting out the reasons justifying the objection: the Data Controller
reserves the right to assess the request, which would not be accepted if there are compelling
legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the user.
The data subject may at any time exercise the rights referred to in the previous article by sending:
