Logisupport S.r.l., represented by its legal representative, with registered office in Reggio Calabria, Via Quarnaro Primo, n.17, 89135 (VAT no. 03335040808) PEC: logisupport@pec.it PEO: info@logisupport.it (hereinafter, the "Data Controller"), acting as Data Controller pursuant to Articles 4, 7 and 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679, hereby informs you that it will process the personal data of website users.

1. Subject of Processing

REGISTRATION: Upon registration we will collect: first and last name, postal code, city, province, email, phone number, company name, tax code/VAT number, PEC, unique code, bank name, IBAN, username and password. We will also save log data and the IP address.

IF YOU USE THE CHAT: We may collect: date/time of visits, technical info (screen resolution, OS, browser, device type), geolocation data (country/city), IP address, name, email, phone number.

The email address provided may be exported to a CRM for sending newsletters or SMS for commercial purposes, pursuant to Art. 130(4) of the Italian Privacy Code.

2. Legal Basis and Purposes

Data is processed to enable the services requested, fulfil legal obligations (including accounting and tax), exercise rights in legal proceedings, and for the company's legitimate interest in tracking registration. Data will be processed lawfully, fairly and confidentially, by digital means only, and will not be publicly disclosed.

3. Retention Period

Billing data: max 10 years from purchase. Registration data: until account deletion. Dormant customers deleted after 12 years from last purchase. Mailing list email: max 5 years from last commercial email. Chat data: deleted after 2 years.

4. Data Disclosure

Data may be disclosed where required by law. Sender/recipient data (name, address, phone) will be shared with couriers (appointed as data processors). The list of processors is available at our registered office. Data will not be publicly disclosed.

5. Storage and Transfer

Personal data will be stored on servers located within the European Union, owned by the Data Controller and/or duly appointed third-party processors.

6. Your Rights (Art. 15 GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, obtain its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7 GDPR) and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
